ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Angela Wickett, a 19 year registered nursing veteran with a passion for community based care. My idea for Circulate Nursing Inc. came from my own difficulties between work, children's activities, and available appointment times to find a convenient time to obtain healthcare services including bloodwork, injections, and forms.

OUR SERVICES
Forms
Circulate Nursing Services Inc is pleased to announce that we are adding completion of various medical forms to our service list. These forms may include but are not limited to pre-employment medical assessments, veteran health forms, and insurance applications. This service is completed in collaboration with a local Nurse Practitioner, and includes a home visit to complete the required assessment. Pricing available upon request.
Ear, Nose and Throat
In collaboration with a local nurse practitioner, Circulate Nursing Services Inc is now offering in-home throat and ear assessments for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment of infections. Currently, we are providing this service for ages 5 and above for a flat fee. It is important to note every sore throat and/ear pain does not clinically warrant a prescription for antibiotics. Prescriptions will be provided based on the assessment. Pricing available upon request.
Phlebotomy
Blood work requires a requisition or prescription from an authorized prescriber. Specimens are drawn and delivered to the laboratory for a flat fee.

Urine Specimens
Urine specimens require a requisition or prescription from an authorized prescriber. Specimens are drawn and delivered to the laboratory for a flat fee.

Injections
Injections requires a prescription from an authorized prescriber. Specimens are drawn and delivered to the laboratory for a flat fee.

Common Wart Treatment
Treatment for plantar/common warts includes assessment of the area, diagnosis by a local nurse practitioner, debridement of the callus over the wart (if clinically indicated), and treatment using a prescription medication, Canthrone.

Specimens require a prescription or requisition from an authorized prescriber. Swabs are obtains from the ordered site (for example, throat) and delivered to the laboratory for a flat fee.

Circulate Nursing Services Inc is an fully insured business that provides at-home phlebotomy, urine collection and delivery of the specimens. Approved prescribers can access Circulate's services by:
1. Emailing a client's requisition or prescription directly to circulatenursingservices@gmail.com
2. Giving the requisition or prescription to the patient
3. Uploading the requisition or prescription using the link provided in the "Contact" link.

Clients are required to have a requisition or prescription for bloodwork or injections. Validation of orders can be completed through:
1. Providing the requisition or prescription directly to the client (a physical copy or via email),

3. Uploading the prescription or requisition to the link provided.
